I'm hungry.

Usually a change in your diet, especially when it's eating less, brings up this phenomena known as hunger, which currently I have. I've been doing good sticking to eating things with less sugar, carbs, and calories. It's been a challenge to look over everything I want to indulge on, but what has to be done must be done. Working graveyard shifts don't help my situation either, especially at a convenience store where I'm surrounded by sugary, chocolaty, salty, calorie-heavy goodness. I must persevere! Another day, another pound gone!

  1. It is hard to work where food is available constantly! I understand! Just hang in there! I haven't had bacon in almost 2 weeks!! GO TEAM INCREDIBLE!!

  2. I have real bacon bits (2 tablespoons)with my egg beaters, spinach and garlic omelet daily. That takes care my craving for sliced bacon.
